Refund Policy

1. Overview

Because all merchandise sold through Megaphone is produced on-demand after purchase, our refund policy differs from traditional retail. Each item is custom-made specifically for the buyer, which limits our ability to accept returns for change of mind.

2. Eligible Refunds

We will issue a full refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • Defective products: Items received with print defects, manufacturing flaws, or damage that occurred during production.
  • Wrong item received: You received an item different from what you ordered (wrong size, wrong design, wrong product).
  • Damaged in shipping: Items that arrived damaged due to shipping and handling.
  • Order not delivered: Orders confirmed as lost in transit by the shipping carrier.

3. Non-Eligible Refunds

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
  • Incorrect sizing due to not consulting the size guide.
  • Minor color variations between screen display and printed product.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us directly at yash@megaphoneteam.com within 14 days of receiving your order. All refund requests are handled by the Megaphone team since we manage manufacturing and fulfillment. Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A video showing the issue (for defective or damaged items).
  • A brief description of the problem.

5. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.

6. Replacements

In many cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacements are produced and shipped at no additional cost to you. Replacement orders follow the same production and shipping timeline as new orders.
